The Elite Quarterly newsletters are quarterly newsletters designed to keep tax, accounting, auditing and financial professionals up-to-date on pertinent changes while also giving them the opportunity to obtain their required CPE credit.

There are four quarterly issues (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter) and three newsletter formats: (1) Accounting & Auditing; (2) Taxation; and, (3) a combination of Accounting & Auditing and Taxation. Our various formats cover current developments from Congress, IRS, Courts, Treasury, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Accounting Standards Board (ASB), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Each issue of newsletter format #1 qualifies for 2 hours of CPE (its field of study is accounting & auditing). Each issue of newsletter format #2 qualifies for 4 hours of CPE (its field of study is taxation). Each issue of newsletter format #3 qualifies for 4 hours of CPE (its field of study is a combination of accounting and auditing (2 hrs) and taxation (2 hrs).

In addition to the quarterly newsletters, each year we offer a two-hour Special Edition Ethics issue which satisfies the 2-hour ethics and professional conduct component required for enrolled agents. It does not meet specific ethics requirements for other professionals. Subscribers to any of our 2011 newsletters receive the 2011 Special Edition Ethics issue for Enrolled Agents FREE-a $20 value!

CPAs, Licensed Accountants, Enrolled Agents, and CFPs will receive a certificate of completion for four (4) hours of CPE credit based on a 50-minute hour per CPE hour when they complete the Taxation or the Accounting & Auditing and Taxation newsletter quiz questions and score at least 70%. The Accounting & Auditing newsletters qualify for two (2) hours of CPE credit, based on a 50-minute hour, when the newsletter quiz questions are completed with a score of at least 70%.

If a successful score of 70% is not achieved on the first attempt, two additional attempts are permitted at no additional cost.
